You are welcome to return, exchange or request a refund on any of our full-priced garments that you have purchased via our online store within 14 days of receiving your order. In order to help us process your return or request please email us prior to returning your purchase, we are unable to issue a refund without contact within the 14 day window. Please treat our garments with care when packaging them to send them back to us, if a garment is damaged upon return we are unable to issue a refund. Please use a track and trace only. Our exchange conditions apply for 14 days from the date that you received your online purchase.
We offer exchanges if you have purchased the wrong size and would like to swap it for another size. All exchanges are subject to availability and may differ between our full price or SALE items.
Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you wish to exchange an item. Please supply us the invoice number and the details of your request within the 14 day window. Please note an exchange can only take place if we have the item in stock. If we have sold out of the size you wish to exchange it for you can choose to either keep the one you first received, get an online credit or choose a different garment.
You will be contacted with instructions on how to return the item and the options for the exchange or replacement. We must receive the item within 14 days of this email contact. The shipping cost of sending the garment(s) back to W I D D E S S is the responsibility of the customer. Once the product is received and has undergone our quality control check to ensure the item has not been worn or used and the tags are still in place, the new size will be dispatched. Customers will not be charged additional delivery fees.
Please note we don't accept exchanges on Hand Knits and exchanges are subject to availability on all SALE items.

Refunds only apply to online sales, we do not issue refunds for any in store purchases. We will refund you if you receive a faulty product and all claims must be received within 14 days of purchase.

All items must be returned via a tracked courier service with signature required. We do not accept hand deliveries on returned items unless it has been arranged prior. The shipping cost of sending the garment(s) back to W I D D E S S is the responsibility of the customer. All items must be returned within 7 days of email contact to receive a refund.
Once we have received the garment it will undergo a quality check to ensure the garment has not been worn and the tags are still in place.
If the garment is eligible a refund will be issued within in 5 working days.

Online Credit Notes
Our online credit note conditions are subject to each customer. They will be issued directly to you after any claims have been discussed. The credit notes do not have an expiry. The online credit note can be transferred to an in-store credit note if requested.
